Crafted from high-strength, ultra-pure JSD series diamond raw materials, this product undergoes advanced manufacturing processes including crushing, shaping, specialized purification, acid-base treatment, and precise grading. It features a light yellow hue with a regular crystal shape and a uniform, concentrated particle size distribution. Impurity content is tightly controlled to less than 5 parts per million (PPM), ensuring excellent thermal stability and high wear resistance. The micro-powder surface is specially treated for smoothness and cleanliness, promoting stable growth of composite sheets and polycrystalline diamonds.
